Consultation
Initial new client consultations are free of any charge or obligation.
This initial visit will give you a chance to meet me and learn of my background, experience and available pet care services. This visit will allow me to meet you and your pet(s) in an informal setting and ensure appropriate confidence, comfort and synergy. I will take the time to fully explain my services and business requirements, and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have regarding me or my services. I can also provide you with appropriate references during this visit.
Should you decide to contract for my services, I will then collect detailed information about caring for your pet(s), along with your service expectations and any special requests. We will confirm specific dates and times for the care of your pet(s) and arrange for necessary access to your home. At this time, you will also need to provide me with your home and work phone numbers. your local emergency contacts (friends or family), your current veterinary contact information, details regarding any pet medications that you will need me to administer.
If you will be traveling, you will also need to leave me a copy of your travel itinerary and appropriate travel contact information for the duration of your trip. I would also need an appropriate emergency medical release that would allow me to obtain medical care for your pet in your absence, if required.
